When you sign up to our Care Plan Membership we immediately email you the welcome pack with the full agreement documents, including payment details, live date, cancellation rights and helpful at-a-glance plan summary. If you do not have an email we will send you the welcome pack through the post the next working day. The first payment is processed after 14 days cooling off period has expired and the care plan membership is active after 28 days.

Direct Debit Guarantee

  • This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debit.
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, GC re CARE CLUB SERVICES will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited. If you request GC re CARE CLUB SERVICES to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
  • If an error is made in payment on your Direct Debit by GC re CARE CLUB SERVICES or your bank/building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank/building society.
  • If your receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when GC re CARE CLUB SERVICES asks you to.
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank/building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
